It's 2018 and and we are excited to present the first Eclectic Avenue's show of the year. We pay tribute to Mark E Smith and Delores O'Riordan. Bernie showcases acts from the recent Beechworth Music Festival. Sandy delves into the Uncut magazine's 2017 album recommendations. Michael plays selected tracks recommended by a Southampton friend who has a passion for music. It is a wonderful first show of year and a taste of what is to come.

I am seriously sitting here wondering if TFS@BFRH sounds better with or without my chatter.

As a collection of songs I think I does well, but sometimes I think the my intrusion, is only a disruption. Let me know what your thoughts may be.
To this weeks edition.

Who remembers Australian band Carson? found a cd in the collection and pulled a track from it. The Rolling Stones and Johnny Winter get a couple of tracks each, and you should check out Joe survival Caruso (opening track), if you haven't already.

Heaps of hidden gems and goodies hidden in between all of this.

Take a listen. Y'all love it.

Eclectic Avenue 171220 Our Christmas Spectacular (complete with explicit language warning)

Our last show of 2017 is a cracker. Five presenters in the studio (all with an opinion to share) - Bernie, Sandy, Nigel and Michael, are joined by Harvey, one of Indigo FM Radio's Yackandandah presenters. The loose theme is basically Christmas and of course Sandy insists on playing what he considers to be the greatest Christmas song of all time (spoiler alert - he has played this song on all our Christmas shows for the last 7 years). Be warned that there are a couple of explicit language warnings in the second hour of the show.
We wish our listeners a wonderful festive season. We will be back on air at the end of January 2018.
